On April 26, 2016, more than 20 dealer service representatives from all over the country participated in the first after-sales service training of Zega Machinery ( Shanghai ) International Trading Co., LTD. Marketing Director, Mr Liujun of Zega Machinery ( Shanghai ) International Trading Co., LTD first introduced the three-day training course and performance evaluation plan, and also made a simple but profound introduction about Zega recent performance, development and vision, in order for everyone to understand the undertaken mission and to deliver the Zega high-quality products and top notch service to every customer and our friends!


Service Director Mr Hu Jiaqing and Parts Manager Mr Chen Chuanghui of Zega Machinery ( Shanghai ) International Trading Co., LTD provided the surface drill rig and drill tool training respectively. The system assembly introduction of hydraulic integrated and separated drills, maintenance and service, actual case simulation and tool selection scheme of the integrated hydraulic drill rigs and separated drill rigs send the trainees home with fruitful learning experiences.

The training, not only is about the theory training and teaching, but the more important is the field hands on operation and experience torch passing. Through the on-site explanation of the senior engineer of Zega Machinery, the trainees from all over the country are eager to get their hands on the machines to verify the main and key knowledge covered in class.


After three days of training activity, Chairman of Zhejiang Zega Machinery Co., LTD., Mr Xie Cun, gave a summary speech, and expressed his heartfelt praises for the passion and effort that the trainees showed in these training. At the same time, Chairman Xie Cun mentioned with sincerity: for all the service representatives here, the training is just a start, hope everyone can constantly improve their skill sets through various types of training organized by Zega, and continually increase customer satisfaction in their future service work. Although the training has finished, the enthusiasms of the trainees have remained. In the two and a half days, a number of ZEGA colleagues shared their beneficial experiences from multiple perspectives and aspects on the product and service knowledge.
